Once someone sends you a link to their replay, you download it. rofl file, just upload somewhere (MEGA, mixtape.moe, etc.) 2. rofl files that are in here, followed by downloading the replay you want to share.
The easiest way to share a particular replay is to delete any.
rofl files in "C:\Users\\Documents\League of Legends\Replays". Luckily, you can share the replay files downloaded through the client and others can watch them. The goto option at the moment is to use a website to capture spectator data which a coach or other viewer can download and watch, but not everyone uses these sites.
However, the League of Legends client doesn't support sharing replays or watching other's replays. It's easy to download a replay for a game from the current patch and either analyze the game, make clips, or just relive glory. Riot added the Replays feature with the new client and it's been pretty great.
